I personally think most people will see straight through it for what it is, marketting BS

Much better to advertise the benefits of your company, i.e online payments, free re-cleans etc.

People want their window cleaned because they get dirty no other reason.

I would have it as

"why have your windows cleaned by us"

Fully insured

Online Payments

Free re-clean if unhappy

etc etc
