In five hours he got me two, possibly 3 new jobs. Not bad for his first day!

40 for 2 and possibly another 12 for the one who is going to call.

I'm paying him £5 a lead at the moment but I might put it up

So he only got £15 for 5 hours work? Don't think he will be sticking with that job somehow do you?

What if the lead turns out no good do you claw back all or part of the payment from the chap like dg companies do.

I was thinking about it before. I was going to pay him the first clean for every job he gets in. The price structure I came up with was from a forum but I don't think it's good enough seeing it in practice, anyway he text me and said he didn't want to do it anymore.

I would have maybe paid £10 an hour + commision for every lead that turns into regular work.

The lad who did it for me a few years ago used to get me a full days first cleans everyday. Every time I finished a job he would have another on for me to clean
