New Membrane Needed

Done a reading today as i am starting to use a lot of resin.

Feed Water 236, reading off the membrane 38.

I do use 3 resin chambers so that i exhaust all of the resin so i know i am getting good water.

Which 4040 membranes is everyone using?

I'm currently using the one from vyair below, i can get 2 litres a minute at a ratio of 3:1 pure, can get 2.5 litre per minute if i push it and the weather is warmer.

For me the most important thing is that they are made in the USA and not in Asia. RoMan once advised that the Chinese membranes were cheaper but didn't perform. The Americans have been using and manufacturing membranes for years so KNOW how to make them.

I'm not sure what you mean by that tbh. Once the resin is spent then the water quality drops off. I understand the principle of double di, but that's practiced to eek out the last from each vessel of resin.

How old is the membrane and how often do you change prefilters?

What prefilters do you use?

What are the sizes of your prefilters, ie 10" or 20" housings?
