So the old van is gone, the new van is here and it's been a busy few days working on getting all the bits together.

As I have no drive or garage this was all fitted roadside, only reason I mention this is to show that it can be done without loads of fancy equipment.

So got all the bits and pieces together time to get started.

Got the protectakote done, did half the van, two coats, let dry overnight, moved tank to back of van and did the other half and left to dry overnight again.

Managed to score these shelves off Gumtree for a steal but they're the wrong bleeding color (no offense Eviestevie )

Shelves back from the powder coating in a decent color :)

Shelves fitted, pole racks in, loads of space left for power washers etc.
The grey box has a booster pump in it, tomorrow I will have it out the box and mount it the plinth behind it.

Last job is to run the inlet and waste hoses through the floor to the brackets.

If you're wondering where the hose reel is it is behind the tank so I can use it from the side doors which I prefer.

I am waiting on another reel to go on the opposite side (benefit of having twin side doors) leisure battery sits between the two reels.
Got to wash the floor, put the hand tools on the shelves and all set for Monday. :)

On holiday soon till middle of October so will sign write the van when I get back.

Already got my soft washer frames at the powder coaters to match the rest.

Considered tubeless, not gotten any further than that.
