    Had around 20-30 "quotes" come in this week.

    Quoted 3 jobs and said no to all the others.

    Some of the potential jobs included.....

    6 monthly clean, customer would call when she wanted them doing. Thursday's are good for customer between 10.45 am - 11.15am. Quoted her £55 for an £14 house, she will get back to me.

    Over spray on glass roof, needed doing that day. No more than £50 tho "please mate"

    Conny roof, any chance of now. Like within the next 5 minutes. Yeah mate no problem. Minimum charge of £350 - He hung up.

    Top windows only. Would like regular though. At least twice a year. Customer has to be in, usually home by 5.40pm!

    Sounds like your lacking on the customer service front there Damo, you wont build up a quality customer base with that sort of attitude! :p

    That last one is my favourite - regular, at least twice a year haha. And in the evening, lovely. I did get asked if I could do a first clean and fsg after 6 next week, umm no thanks! Our working hours are meant to be better than a 9-5 not worse :p

    Had another come in.

    Background story.

    Very rude customer called in August. Wanting roof done on conservatory. She said in her own words it's awkward. She has just sent me pics and yeah it is. Best bet is in Oct we stopped covering her area and updated the website to reflect that.

    The best part of the email.

    "It's simply has to be done before Christmas"

    Told her straight and said any slots I have spare before Christmas as for long standing customers.
