I see Omnipole have stopped trading and wondered if anyone on here uses one of there systems and if so where to get 20" filters especially the sealed resin filter like the blue one in the picture..

I’ve never seen a 20” refillable resin - they do 10” but could only see American suppliers for the 20 - personally I would just replace it with a 11ltr refillable DI canister (around £30 off eBay). The carbon filter looks like a standard 20” cartridge to me. The most cost effective are the pentek fibredyne ones from Gardiner’s (70 odd thousand litres life).

Cheers bud, it's not refillable it's a sealed unit, I've spent hours googling trying to source a suppler
