you can get a can of foam stuff you spray into the valve through a tube that inflates flat tyres. Don't know how well it works ?
maybe just try and buy spare wheel & tyre for it ?

I put pnuematic tyres on my trolley as part of a effort to reduce its weight. The small 10" wheels that come on many trolleys can be difficult to repair. However, I've figured out how to do it now relatively quickly, but it is still a pain if you get a puncture whilst working. So what I do now is carry a spare tyre on the vehicle which I just swap over when I get a puncture. I can then repair the punctured one when I get home.

I've been down the 'Slime' route and will never do it again due to the mess and the fact it gums up the valves till they won't work.

Yea I always carry a spare but have bought a couple of pu filled wheels off EBay, bright yellow, haven’t fitted them yet, waiting for next puncture.

Thanks for the replies.Think I will go down the route of carrying a couple of spares and then repair puncture at a later time.

Just a tip for anyone interested:

When repairing 10" pnuematic wheels like the ones originally fitted the freedom trolleys, make sure when reinstalling the tyre that the innertube is completely deflated otherwise you will likely never get the tyre over the rim of the wheel hub.

I’ve got a Watlins tyre centre near me and they charge me a tenner to fix the puncture on my trolley.

Why bother doing it yourself
