Anyone ever have a problem of the centre spinning and not reeling in???

Sounds like a spindle or drive fault 

If it's spinning the belt or chain is the first thing to look at on powered reels

Secondly the drive motor pulley or sprocket grub screw could of came loose which causes the motor to spin with no drive to the reel

Rip it apart and fix it yourself, wouldn't wait for those muppets

They aren’t helpful at getting back by their watsapp anyway 

I took all the hose off and and there was an allan bolt that just needed tightened up ?

gave me the kick up the **** to change the hoses round so maybe a blessing ?
