If it was me was I would go for the RO unit. You could get by with DI but RO is cheaper long-term

If you're just starting off and testing the market to see if there is a demand for a window cleaner in the are you plan to work, buying a used DI Vessal, a bag of Resin a Gardiner's Backpack, and Gardiner's CLX pole and some 25Litre water containers will be the cheapest most reliable options.
