    Picked up 5 roof's from the website in two weeks!! But it's got me thinking. I'm soon to come across one that will leak. So doing a letter they sign to cover myself. !!

    Chems on carpet or rugs is not the one!!

    Didn't see the section you put it in,

    The main area that water will leak on most conservatories is under the roof ridge at the top as most have air vents under that, so just be careful around that area.

    Seems to be a little bit over the top to me and may even put ppl off using your services but like you say might help cover your own **** in the event of someone trying to claim for water damage.

    If they are put off the so be it. Struggling with extra work as it. Vans have been out today doing roof's
