Cool that would be handy, also there is no totals at the bottom....ie yearly totals, and also would be good to have some graphs and basic projections for next year etc

should concentrate on that after first of all hes got to get the basics working first /emoticons/tongue.png

then he can do this later on /emoticons/smile.png/emoticons/tongue.png

would there be anyway to use this out in the field with ur mobile etc and at the end of the day come home connect ot and ot syncs with george on your desktop

You could do a data save and upload to george. It would probably be time consuming and most have the internet at home and we provide a desktop version. With the mobile phone you can sync to google calender if the internet connection in the field is hit or miss.
