Been asked to price this on a 4 weekly basis including the glass balconies? I have a price in mind but I want the job so thinking I might be too expensive?

    Thanks

I would do 1st clean @90 then £75 thereafter as I'm trad I wouldn't do the 2 on roof in last image :(

The more I look at the images the more I I'm leaning more towards Crystal Windows

I think £120 a bit cheap really, there would be quite a bit of faffing around balconies and all but I'm sure it could be banged out once you've done it a few times £120 would be the price I'd quote if I really wanted to get it cheaper if you really need the work or go higher if you don't need the work so much just think how long it would take you to do vs how many normal sized houses you can get done in the same time and there's your price

I'd have calculated £140 as a guide - but in reality, I'd have passed it to the windy to price himself. Lots of awkward bits in there that need looking at by someone who's actually going to do the job.

180 first clean then 100-140 for maintenance
