@ the moment im using 300 ro, and 10 inch di vessel, at the moment im only using around 5 x 25lt drums just to do tops . i still use ladders on easy acess tops in compact areas. my dielema is do i start using a 11 litre di vessel as and when needed, will make life easier as im doing water as and when needed in litchen @ night when no one in and out of kitchen. my tap water is 106 on tds meter. it takes roughly 1 hour to fill 1 x 25litre drum from ro. which means setting up @ 9pm untill 11pm. i dont have acess to fit outside as kitchen is facing front of house , this is why i have to use kitchen set up. i know lads use large DI vessel from tap straight to drum, have any of you guys worked out how many 25litre drums you can get filled from 1 batch of resin in 11 ltre di vessel.
out flyer dropping again today, got a lead from a new customer, got to be first., its getting a cut throat bussiness out there.

Would be quicker to fill those 25ltr containers for sure, probably a better way aswell.

If you have one big tank to store pure water RO has to be the way to go.

Swas u live near me and my ppm is also 106ppm lol , i use a 11ltr di vessel mate and i spend 80 kwid every 5 weeks on resin i earn about £1400 in money of window cleaning before i need another resin bag........ So its not to bad,,, if i was earning 2-3 grand per month and i was spending 200 a month on resin it would still be good as im making good profit on top :) but when my business grows ill be getting a shed put up for an ro unit :) but at the moment a di is good as it costs me less then 1p per litre of water.

Also 1 days of work which will earn me 140 kwid will only use 360ltrs of water,, so thats like £3.50 for my water with a di,,,, so reeli a di is cheap but when i double up on my di it will be more cheaper ;)

H- it costs you £16 per week on resin?? And you replace you resin twice in those 5 weeks?

My ppm 042 and I got about 5 months from my first batch of resin ( 11lt ).. Replaced approx 2 months ago and water still 000.. I would use approx 1000lt a week, sometimes more, sometimes less

Swas- you should go for a di setup and get your early nights back!!

Depending on the grade of resin roughly around 2/3000 litres from a 11 litre vessel.

Your R/O is under performing, with 300 GPD if all boxes are ticked you should get roughly 45 litres in an hour.
Couple of things could be the problem.
    Membranes are not 300 GPD.
    R/O configured incorrectly.
    Low PSI from tap.

    Just a few things!
