Pump/controller issue

Hi guys, 

I run an Xline fully fitted system at the moment in my van. Have cleaned a few houses today and pulled up to my next job, the controller is on and has the flow set to 68 however the pump isn't making any noise and nothing is coming out. 

Anyone have any suggestions how to fix this? Is the pump knackered?

Disconnect the outpipe at the pump. Turn the flow up to 99 and if it starts to flow you have an air lock

Currently nothing coming out with the outpipe disconnected. No sound from pump still.

Is there a fuse on the pump?

Just the one fuse connected to the battery which seems in tact

I had one that stopped working, when we stripped it down one of the magnets had come away from the casing jamming the motor.

Think it's gonna be a case of getting a new pump!

Connect the pump directly to the battery (via a fuse) if pump works then it's a controller issue. Also check that the pressure switch isn't open stopping the pump running.

Turn it up and only reconnect when it appears to be flowing properly. When reconnected suck on the end before reel and that should clear it. If not then you might have a pump issue.
