Pump Messing About

    Why is my hose keep getting air locked? Each time I go to a different job Iv to either wackpump up to 99 and if that dosent work I disconnect di and put finger over it til I hear it pumping.. It's annoying me now..

    hi belfast when you turn it up to 99 let it flow on full power to give it some time to blast out all the air locks then reduce the flow to your normal setting and hopefully this might work,i had the same problem so fingers crossed

    belfast... u got a trolley ? u keep chaging containers or something mate?

    Shine that sometimes works, but sometimes it won't draw it through.. I don't disconnect anything so don't know why it's happening.today I noticed the pump box rattling louder than normal when it was at 60+

    No H van mount pal

    ok belfast how is water going in to your pump ? u got a tap at the bottom or you drop a hosefeed in to the tank mate ? which one

    Where is your pump set sometimes you get airlocks if your pump is set to high

    Pump would Be nearly level with top of the tank.. Should I move it down? It's in a pump box and was just a good place to put it higher and no easy Place to mount it low

    my pump is pretty high i never have problems

    Rattling pump is it's drawing in air somewhere. Tighten all connections
