Have a problem with my pump , it has been spitting out of the brush and then all of a sudden flow then back to hardly any flow, nothing has been changed and I can't figure out the problem , it sounds like it's only sucking so much water at a time. Iv turned it up full and still no difference. Any ideas lads???

Def air in line. Check the connection and hose between tank and pump an The hose between pumpn di vessel

Take hose of the pump outwards feed and checknwater There see wat it doin

If this fails unscrew the head of di vessel. Check the white pipe in middle ain't clogged. Then wen screwing thevtop back on fill water to brim to get any air out

Ok water is coming out Ok from the pump , the white pipe is clear , does this white bit have anything to do with it? Is it supposed to be up tight to the head of Di? 20160228_163407.jpg

That white cone thing would slip down on my vessel too, I glued it to the top. Dunno if I did right but I didn't like seeing it half way down the tube when I unscrewed the head. Where's spruce, he'll know what's up.

That basket filter should be in the head and should stay there.
See the photo of a di vessel head on Daqua's web page last item

DAQUA - Suppliers of DI Vessels - Complete and Filled with Resin

There also should be a small rubber o ring which is located in the head that the riser tube pushes into and seals. These basket filters keep the resin in the di vessel.
