I know they have a name and it's bugging me. I need to email a quote with a break down of everything but I don't know what to call them.

That's a railing made with posts / spindles

I'd call it glass roofing. No idea of it has a proper name.

I just googled 'exterior glass balustrade' and got this so I'll go with that.

They are balustrades. Bloody nightmare to clean with trad tools due to the fixing points. WFP if you can /emoticons/smile.png

I have a custy with these on there mansion, I just WFP em, come up great.

TBH the fixing look ok. Just becarful around the fixing points as depending on how they were fixed you can easily break glass.
