You're not alone mate. I started off on a bad foot with them. I ordered a van-fitted system with poles and I needed more than one hand to count all the things that where wrong initially. But they did sort it all out in the end. Don't let them play you. If you're not getting good service and you have parted with your cash, you have the right to kick off.

They have some nice, skilled, decent people working there. I was there and I met them.
I'm just not sure they know how to correct the problems they are having. I think a good Business Analyst could probably help them identify their processes better and help them decide on how best to go about improving them. But I'm quite sure they don't know what a good BA looks like and they would probably get the hump if someone suggested it. The company seems to have a family feel. In their hearts, I don't think they necessarily want to get too professional.

Remember with pure freedom, they just play middle man often. For a lot of their stock, they buy stuff from other window cleaning companies and then shift it on to you.
Here's where they buy a lot of their stuff from. You might be better off going strait to them:
    www.windowcleaningwarehouse.co.uk
    http://streamlinesystems.info/index.php

And here are some others I've kept a note of:
http://www.brodexbms.co.uk/ (old company, not used them yet. dont know how good they are now)
    http://www.cleaningspot.co.uk/ (used them, seem fine)
http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/ (not used them yet. learnt of them from this site)
http://www.omnipole.com/ (old company, not used them yet. dont know how good they are now)
www.soapnational.co.uk (honest company, website could be better, used them. seem fine)
    www.windowcleaningstuff.co.uk/ (not used them yet)

Totally agree, I had loads of problems with van fitted system. They sorted it all out but was a major hassle.

Not sure if I would use them again though.
