Wooden fascia was rotten so end clip screw had pulled out due to the weight of the sod.

If I had tried to clear with a guttervac would have probably pulled the whole gutter run down trying. /emoticons/biggrin.png

That was one of my jobs today £50 for 15 mins work so will soon pay for themselves in no time. Also look out on ebay for good used Ankalad & Microlite as they come up from time to time at bargain prices.

Have to agree with Smurf your paying for his equipment, expertise insurance etc.(Excuse the pun). Chances are it takes Smurf longer to get to the job and set up than actually doing the job in this instance.

Indeed Steve ppl do tend to forget that it is not just going up a ladder but all the added costs like travel time, fuel, wear & tear on the van and other overheads running a business.

After saying that best to try to booking jobs in all local to each other on the same day so reduces expenses. /emoticons/wink.png
