What sort of reaction do you get off your custermers when you put your prices up? Do you lose many? I only want to put all custermers up by £1

Last time I did that, they just accepted the price rise.

But quite a few had that shock reaction, I was like uh oh might loose a customer...(didnt though)

I have had houses put themselves up.. Have only lost 1 person putting them up, £4-£5.. Couldn't afford it, but can afford to smoke?

Also had a lot ask me when I changed to wfp was it going to be any more, so while they brought it up i just said no it won't be going up because I have changed, but I was planning on putting the prices up anyway and they just say no worries..

when i put my prices up i tend to go for broke with big increases because i never put them up very often £15s to £20 or £7 to £10. That way you can tell your custies that the price has been the same for yonks and long over due. The people you loose are more than replaced by the increase in others . When custies start asking " is it still the same price " when collecting, thats a good time to strike.
