What sort of things do you post on Facebook to help market your business?

I paid for an add a few years ago and got lots of work and likes from it. But I realise that you have to post regularly to make the most of it, but I never know what to post and because I am on my own it is hard to take good photos.

Hi mate,
For taking photos when you're on your own try using a Jobi Gorrilapod with a smartphone clamp. Really handy and easy to use. Stick you phone on timer and you're all set.

i,ve only been on FB one week and had seven jobs of it ,I was a little reluctant to have it but it has got the work for me

I think commercial graft is gd to put on photos and reviews from the owners.New businesses with the owners is my next step

I,m cleaning a castle next week so going to get pics of my vans and guys

I've just been kicked off Facebook for the second time in 2 weeks for suspicious activity. I advertised twice on 13 buy and sell groups. The last one was 2 days ago and they disabled my account today.

Did they give any other reason than suspicious activity?

I can only imagine it'd be something to do with advertising, i.e. You're placing lots of ads for free & FB doesn't like it, they want your money for advertising.

Nothing other than advertise on 13 groups. How people get away with advertising on lots of these groups daily is beyond me. I googled it and there was people on various forums saying they had been restricted even when they had paid ads running. The worst thing is you can't actually speak to them.

FB can be a bit of a law unto themselves & move the goalposts whenever they like.

There's always a catch with anything 'free'...they provide us with a means to socialise online, connect and share, in return they get to mine into our phones/lives and draw off all our contacts to target their ads. (Even though I've had my permissions turned off)

I was ages adopting FB personally but once Self employed it becomes a necessity.

Damned if you do damned if you don't isn't it.

I agree FB can be infuriating?
