Quote For 50 Flats!

    Evening Lads

    Don't know where to start got to quote up 50 odd flats next week in 3 large blocks only 3 storeys high to be don quarterly , 30 ft pole will cover it. The problem is quoting the damn thing I really want this contract and don't want to blow it by quoting too high :p

    Any suggestions lads??

    250 quid, works out a fiver a flat, tell them each flat on its own would be 7, they think their saving 100 notes everyone's a winner, obviously if the flats are huge alter accordingly, or if theirs stairwells to add on, you get the idea
