Getting a good RO?

Don't need too much water- about 100-200 litres a week. The local TDS is 240 so wanted to try an RO. At the moment using twin DI. How long would it take to make 200 litres? What about the Merlin RO is that so quick that it's like a DI? I was thinking of getting a system which was used in the garden at the moment but which could be transferred to a van (so had auto shut off) when I get my van- ultimately will probably use a van RO..

I carry my water in barrels at moment, so is it best to make water in a tank then pump it to barrels?
