Got some good looking van set ups entering the competition.

One thing I have noticed out of the 5 vans entered that only 2 carry warning signs! Or are the other vans hiding them? Lol

They're probably out on the road whilst taking pictures as this could cause a hazard to anyone passing ;)

Ill be honest, I dont have one and im not getting one. I know what COULD happen, cause I dont have one but Im chosing to ignore this. If someone falls over it. They will get told to look where there going. If they want to take me to court. Im happy with that. lol

Lol ill be doing trad work, however I will definitely have a sign.

The only reason is, I work in insurance now and get all kinds of bull **** that people try and claim form, the rule is you have to prove that they are negligent, by not putting a sign up, you are neglecting your duty of care to the public ....

Could you not argue that they should be looking where there going? Also what are the chances of someone actually tripping over it? It would be hard to catch it you shoe under it and if you knocked in to it, it would most likly move.

This is another fine example of H&S took to far. You wont be able to take a pee without putting a sign up soon,

No because they should not expect to have to look out for it on a public access area.
