i have a rendering job I'm quoting on which will be soft washed. So I'm guessing around £12 a metre, standard terrace wall is around 16 square meters roughly on the frontage. so resulting in a cost of £192 all in.

Does this sound too cheap or expensive?

I did all 4 sides of a detached house last year hypo'd then applied biocide once rinsed and it had dried. charged 400. It only took 3 hours total.

£12 a meter is a great price if you get it.
