Rinsing On The Glass

    Would like to do this but surely you can't clean sills and rinse on.

    All depends what type of brush you use if it is suitable for rinsing on the glass and if you keep it clean or not. Keeping the brush clean is obviously important when rinsing on the glass.

    I generally rinse on glass using fan jetted brushes and wash over top sills too but tend to wipe over bottoms as they tend to get more crud on them. A small hand soft brush also comes in handy for the task.

    Some one-off & first cleans I do the only alternative to clean the top sills properly is by ladder if the need pvc restoration work on them which I charge accordingly. I've come across many sills that have thick lichen growing on them as have not been cleaned for yonks.
