Feelers out for my round.

I'm thinking of selling up my window cleaning rounds, they are both well established (big one for 9 years and smaller one for 4 years). They are all wfp including the commercial stuff, I very rarely have to collect, most pay via bacs or PayPal.

Round 1: £1800 per month for 3 days per week

Round 2: £800 per month for 5-6 days

All within a 15 mile radius of each other so nice and compact.

I'll be getting rid of the poles and equipment etc. too.

Round 1 I'm after £10000ono

Round 2 I'm after £6000ono

Depends how you break it up though. Mines spread around loads of towns/city, but every day is compact as once I get there, the houses are close.

Yes it's compact. I barely do 100 miles a week. It's all within a 15 miles radius of Chester.

The big round has a day that's £273 and my van doesn't move more than 1/2 a mile

theres a big difference, is it mixed work, com. / residential

The £1800 takes 3 days a week over the month - this could be compressed to a 2 week block though if necessary, the £800 takes 3-5 days to do on its own. It's mixed commercial and residential, probably 25% commercial.

I wouldn't split it tbh, I've got family who do commercial only in Chester so they'd get first look if I was to split
