Roof cleaning small clay tiles

Hello we've recently been asked about cleaning a job as above and had issues with black on the tiles , the tiles aren't to be walked on and we don't have access to steam cleaning we only use chemical and Lance any suggestions on best way to do this thanks Richard

If it’s black I assume that’s mould ?? A hypo or bio mix will kill it and after a few weeks /months it will flake off with rain etc , just spray the mix on .

Will probably be Black Spot or black lichen as we call it. Very difficult to remove because you usually have to put neat Hypo on it for 30mins. Problem is slope of roof so it keeps running off even with surfactant mixed in with it. Good luck.

It will need a strong treatment and take a few weeks or months to come off ,unless you pressure wash it off .
