Never had any problems.

One part broke on a new reel and they replaced it within 48 hrs.

I bought a whole telescopic set from Wilko for the tbar and 2 applicators. I used to use em on first cleans so didn't ruin good stuff and still got em tbar is mint apart from being blue plastic lol.

Thecleaningwarehouse is about 3 miles from me so, I go there for the majority of my stuff.
