Rounds for rent

Has anyone got information on anyone ever renting their round out?
Due to illness I am looking for options to rent my round out, I have tried employing someone but just can't find the right fit.
We have about 300 customers all in south Birmingham around Solihull predominantly.
Anyone got any advice on if this is possible or know anyone that has done it before?

You would need a solicitor that specialises in franchising contracts , I looked into it a while ago and decided against it but it’s one option , renting work I feel is open to a lot of abuse and potential loosing work by poor workmanship etc either employ someone who you can trust or sell is also other options
