    i think some people r so skint cant aforde a window cleaner the elderly need to save 4 the cold winters so have to do there self realy sad tho fiel for there famaly .

    might of been a silly thing to do, but also might of been doing it for years!

    bit like climbing ladders or using poles, something bad might never happen but it might just do oneday!

    very sad , i lived close to that flats complex years ago and its the sort of place that if your not known and from the area you wouldnt go in looking for new customers , its dog rough and full of junkies and all sorts of scumbags
