Risk assessments

Good Evening. I've looked around the forum but i am new to this and i am unable see . i have just started with water fed system. after 30 years with ladders. its very strange but i think it might be to my advantage. i ve lost jobs to other window cleaners who have gone to water fed. must needs so here am. my question is how would i write a risk assement out. any pointers please. or templates.

thanks for the reply. but i am also doing two factories. that have two stores, and i do inside aswell

no not yet. but i am trying to gain some technical information, so it doesnt go over my head when he asks me questions.
