It just means it's a watched post so you will recieve alerts for it

When you reply to a post you automatically watch that thread and get alerts of any consequent posts

Similar thing happening to me on facebook. Someone keeps telling me to brush my hair, have a shave and brush my teeth.

I did once cover a Samsung lens with a little round sticker of an apple, and was told that I was paranoid because I felt I was being watched!! Did anyone see a recent wiki leak that claimed the Feds can watch you through certain Samsung devices? Hmmmm
