Chemical staining on glass

have gutters facias soffits 2 clean on tues i use hard surface cleaner as no no ubik r virosol sold in dublin it cleans very well.my question is this.is d stain permanent??? seen other treads about it @no one seems to to say yea r nae.r does it mean more scrubbin on d glass so more work 4me. chem will b diluted,r should i spray water on glass b4 fsg. have i just ans part of my own question here..... have n a homer simpson moment here i think haha ....thanks 4 any help u can give me

 
I always wet any glass down first if using ubik working above them on guttering & fascia cleans then wash & rinse them down immediately afterwards with pure water so it doesn’t get time to dry on the glass. Like any strong alkaline cleaner it can permanently damaged glass and any alkaline sensitive surfaces if left to dry. The other option is maybe use a ph natural chem as I've mentioned before in another thread which is safe to use on glass. Most dish wash soaps are also ph neutral

 
hi hiaceman and welcome to the forum, if you want some ubix 2000 just ring clover chemicals in the uk and they will tell you of their nearest distributor , im now based in cork city and its easy got , i lived in dublin for over 20 years in ballybough , were are you based

 
its jc products in cork , its 15 euros plus vat for 5litres , it would be worth trying amazon or ebay because ive seen it on there for 6 and 7 pounds for 5 litres plus postage
