We have had same discussion before dm so you are wasting your time on that one with H.

I see it that not everyone can charge what I call a decent rate due to the area they decide to work in and have enough work coming in to pay the bills. So they decide to remain competitive in price which means grafting harder and having to build a bigger customer base seems how alot of window cleaners get by.
