Hi Phillip,I have no problems so far with the white stuff, but the black lichens are a lot more stubborn.

    Ok will try that then.
    On first job pressure washing.
The wheelie bin I have emptys to quick 10 minutes or so and its empty. Using a 21 litre machine is there any way of turning the water intake down ?

Are you running the water hose into the wheelie bin as you work keeping it topped up mate. Even with a 21 lpm washer the water keeps up with me on thd five or so jobs i ve done so far.

The only way it would be a problem was if the water pressure from the house is too low? Try putting the tap on full so its filling as you work.
