due to recent back/neck injury I have decided to trim down some of my more awkward work.
(Not really high - can do it all with a 35 ft pole)
This being the case I am offering 45 jobs in Staines area.
Jobs are 37 x 8 weekly, 3 x 4 weekly, 4 x 6 monthly and 1 x annual.
Average price just over £25 per clean.
Worth £1124 per clean or £6700 per year.
This is good work, well priced and reliable.
As such I am asking £3000.
as an example - I have one block of town houses - 6 in a row, which is done for £111 and takes me between 1 - 1.5 hours every 8 weeks, also have one large house - worth £125 every 8 weeks that takes 1 - 1.5 hours. (Incidentally last year did a complete in & out clean, plus solars and a few extra bits for £480 - but have listed just the regular base value)
On another estate I have 9 town houses worth £185 per clean - which take about 3 1/2 hours to do.
Would strongly recommend water fed pole method be continued - but that will be up to the new owner.
I also have 4 or 5 customers that call up "as and when" - which are in the same areas. These customers will be given new owners contact details - but have not included in the above figures.
