I had a member of staff who, for various reason of dishonesty, I had to sack and is now threatening to take away my hard earned customer base. Ie. steal my customers. I have been to see most customers and told them and their response has been very positive. Those I couldn't speak to I dropped a letter through their letter box explaining the problem. But although "Bottom Feeder"( as he is now referred to) has no transport and no equipment he has already been and spoken to and stolen at least one customer. He wont be able to service the customer but it may cause a problem for me with other customers. Anyone else come across such *******? And what did you do?
