Morning guys. Started working this morning and my flow was slow as if the battery was flat.
Checked battery. 12.7, fine.
Pulled out fuse running to controller, put it back in again and all works fine?
This has happened twice now, any thoughts please?

Could be that the fuse in the holder had a bit of resistance due to corrosion. Removing and replacing the fuse could have cleaned up the contacts/track. The inside of our vans do have more moisture in the air than a van in other trades, so corrosion will part what we have to deal with.
The other thing is that the blades of the fuse and the female connectors inside the fuse holder will corrode due to the electrical current flowing across them. The contacts will never be perfect, so a fraction of a gap between the connector in one spot will start arcing. It's similar to the corrosion across battery terminals that we sometimes see when the clamp isn't tight enough.

We rightly should put a dab of electrical contact grease on the fuse blades, but it's probably not worth the effort or the expense of a tin of grease at £12.

Thanks chaps. It’s only like it at the beginning of the day, but works perfectly there on in after.
I’ll put in a new fuse and keep an eye on it 🙂👍

It could possibly be a slight kink or pinch somewhere on the reel and can take a while to build up a good constant high pressure to hold the pinch open so to speak.
Strip all the hose off the reel and try first thing in the morning.
Start the pump without brush attached and let the controller de, then check flow.
I also get it with an airlock in the system that just takes time to work through 👍

Did you get this sussed out? I have had a similar issue for around 3 weeks but at different times of the working day without any reason at all, yet last week I bought a brand new V16 controller of a lad last week for £80 fitted over the weekend and no issues today and my flow rate is a lot better as well right across the day on the same settings as the old controller
