Tested the Tecbuk out today and the jets are coming out at completely different angles plus the y connector is leaking and can't get hold of Richard as he does not answer the phone. Really annoyed. Anyone else had this problem? so much money for a brush did not expect that. 5 first cleans tomorrow and only have the gardeners mixed dual trim.

Sorry Guybrush, I'm afraid that Richard isn't a reliable supplier. Just write this purchase off to experience.

He has hyped his brush performance to such a degree that his claims just aren't credible IMHO. His brushes are all DIY made and the workmanship doesn't appear to be very good anymore.
Smurf also had a dig at a recent post regarding the fitting of fan jets to an Aerial brush. There have been numerous posts on here of late regarding poor brush quality and longevity complaints. Why cleaners are still buying his brushes after these complaints is beyond me.

You may be able to drill new jet holes next to the original ones and order another 'y' piece from another supplier to sort it out. I once bought an Aerial brush, not on Richard's sales waffle, but on the recommendation of another user. I also found that one jet was way out of line but as I found the brush was too heavy I discarded it after 1/2 an hour. At that time Richard was very rude to a couple of us on another forum so I wouldn't deal with him again anyway.

This was the only forum that welcomed him (all the others don't) and now I see his presence is rare here as well. A supplier can only BS people for so long and then it catches up with them.

My advice is to stick to the main recognized suppliers such as Gardiners and you won't go wrong. Over the years we have seen many fly-by-nights become wfp suppliers only to disappear shortly there after and leave behind some disgruntled customers who paid for goods they never got or were sent goods that were of inferior quality.

I tend to ignore the threads that start off - has anyone tried the ............. carbon pole. I stick with those who have proved themselves over time.

You've hit the nail on the head Spruce.

I did see some warning signs and I have noticed even before today that he won't answer the phone, it should have clicked then. A lot of the complaints were from the brush bending after a few months and I only have a small round at the moment so figured if it's lasting these guys with full busy rounds 3/4 months then it should last me a year and thats if I got a bad one.

I switched the y connector from my gardeners brush to this one and no leak so it's poor quality on the suppliers behalf. There pencil jets and I have fiddled about with them, taking them apart etc but there both way off.

Smurf. If you rinse with your brush on the glass then it doesn't matter if the jets aren't aligned properly. But if you hold the brush vertical and switch the water on, one of mine was pointing downwards and the other heavenwards.

And this is supposed to be the worlds only brush specifically designed for WFP!!:D Think I'll give it a miss!!

Anyhow... either the drilled holes which house the jets are not drilled true to the stock or there is some restriction in one side (bit of dirt etc) which is restricting the flow thus the difference in projection.
