Priced a conny roof which hadnt been done for a few years took 3 hrs just to clean the conny :-(

Looks like I under priced this one ,then custy came with money as she was going away ,only keft me a frigging £40 tip [emoji2]

For walls, fascias, conservatory & an external window clean id charge about £220

With an xjet its a short days worth.....

I don't rinse chemical off , I leave it to nature and the rain washes the dirt and chemicals off over the days and weeks ahead. I think I get a better result when the bleach is allowed to dwell for a while. Customer is happy after each rainfall

smurf prices are spreading....
so i think you should all read this....to bring you down to earth...

okay its a couple of years old...but....even my prices are better...

now i do like the double glazing triple glazing joke....
Don't laugh but some of the customers are so tight round this area and still think you should do their windows for a pittance! I had one the other week, he come to the door with his chest puffed out and said "if you can beat 4 quid the jobs your" I told him to ram it and walked off!

The best of it was his wife phoned me and told me to ignore that idiot, I pay the bills and I want you to do my windows at the going rate
