Wfp Trolley Acting Like A Pressure Washer!

hey peeps,

I have just built my own wfp trolley and have hit a snag, the water is coming out of the pole and streaming in a arch that is about 15+ feet long. its like having a shower washing windows with it!!. I bought a inline stop tap to try and control the water flow but the valve is almost closed by the time its streaming at the correct amount and turning the pump off. the pump is 70psi and the hose is 6mm internal from water tank to brush, total hose length is around 25m.

idea ideas how to tweet this right very appreciated.

I think you need a flow controller to control the pump Gordon but someone more experienced will be along soon enough to tell you for sure

Pump needs to be slowed down so as mentioned yes you could do with a controller.

You could use a pulse width modulator (this is what most controllers use) and you can buy them on amazon for about £6, they're simple to fit too.
