Wfp start up

I am looking at getting set up for wfp and have seen this close to me on ebay id 181557273099.

Can any of you knowledgeable people tell me if this is worth a punt and how much is a reasonable price for kit,whether its a good start up set. Also what id need to add to this water tanks etc.

Hose looks a van mount so £90
