transfer pump

Good evening lads and lasses. Got home tonight and my transfer pump in my I.b.c tank is stone dead. Changed fuse, nothing.

So 2 questions,

1. Any thing I should check on my current pump (although how I can check I don't know, there are strange y shaped screws that hold it together).

2. What pumps do you recommend. Internal, external, the power, the make etc.

When mine died I graded it and shuck the **** out of it up and down still in the water and its still alive now

May be worth a go
