Had this trolley for a year and a half. Great design but the box is DIY. Recently the water has been spitting. It's on off on off. Is the pump blocked ( there's no strainer)? Battery need replacing? 20170303_153558.jpg

I had the same with my pure freedom trolley. I had an air block. I turned pump up to full and run it constantly until block was released took a good couple of hours to release.

But no probs since.

2 hours to clear an airlock.....use a 6 inch length of hose with a fittinf to the pump out hose on one end and leave the other end open..everytime I change barrels I use this first to clear the airlock in the pump....takes seconds.

I run almost every barrel dry on my PF trolley and clear the airlock in about 2 seconds every time by just disconnecting the pole hose from the trolley. If you have a waterstop connector on the trolley just open it with a male connector or cut your pole hose a few inches from the trolley and fit a JG connector and disconnect here whilst the airlock clears. Also make sure the hose connection to the pump on the tank side of your pump is airtight otherwise it will suck air in.
