Hi I am finding the unger ergotec collars I use on my pole are frequently becoming loose
I press the side sides off the collar in and snap and turn and you can here them click in place
However some times When I check them they invariably come off the pole end
    Any advise thanks

Wrap some tape around the pole, then push the locking cone onto the pole.
The cone will click into place and the tape will stop any movement.
