Ok so very new to this, I am shopping away (getting a bit carried away) Just added the ninja BOAB to my basket, it says it take a safety scrapper, this is what I gather, So I am feeling like I got the potato chips I might as well get the dip!

There cheap enough, BUT there are 2 one metal one & a rubber coated one both by Unger will they both fit in this slot or just the metal one (wodering if the rubber may stop it) ???

    Thank you

    James

I've bought these in the past and they didn't last long eg the rubber coating slides off & the slider jammed.

Myself I use the Snappy mk2 (small enough for leaded windows) & Unger Ergotec 6" for dealing with paint sprays & pole fitting.

The rubber covered one will fit in the Ninja BOAB.

Had my little Unger scraper for best part of a year, the rubber coating is still in place and the slider still works fine.

I bought one of those scrapers for a quid from maplins. Takes the same blades but its all plastic and doesn't rust. I just put it in my Unger pouch pocket.

Nope scrapers pretty good. Not retractable but has a good safety guard. Quid bargain.

    Fair enough :)

I got the metal unger scraper in the end just over 2 quid with VAT, blades easy to replace and fits nice & snug in the BOAB not going to fall out!

I think I will go with the unger ergotec scraper too, 6", on my next order :Image7:
