Been toying with the idea of using a sprayer, with pure water for bottom windows? Using a pump sprayer to cover the window, then go traditional to scrub and squeegee the water off? Uses a hell of a lot less water than the van pump. Only problem is its pretty streaky at the mo. Has anyone else perfected this?

The squeegee needs soapy water as lubrication to glide over the window.
Have you got a water flow control device on/near the pole?

Take a look at Christopher Dawber aka Wagga on YouTube. He does all bottoms trad with a bucket on a belt and a squirty bottle to wet his mop.
He does the tops wfp using a trolley.
    Seems a good idea.

Hate carrying a boab and doing WFP at the same time. The boab just gets in my way and I start swearing.

I know quite a few wfp lads in my town that when their water starts gets low will trad easy bottoms so to be able to finish off the days work.

    I agree,

Its simple math, pure water is very cheap; your time is very expensive in comparison.

I just don`t know why one would want to save water.See to it that you always have enough. Saving water only leads to bad results.I put 7 liters a minutes on the glass and never have come backs. This way I clean quicker and always have good result. In this business one gets bogged down by **** ideas.
