    I am looking at getting some prices together for van insurance for my 17 old boy ruddy expensive for youngsters nowadays .If there is any younger window cleaners on hear could you tell me what you drive and where you get your insurance from my best price so far is a berlingo £1920

    Don't know if this will be any use to you, but if he carries barrels rather than a fitted tank, budget may be cheaper. They told me if I had a fitted tank they'd charge more than removable drums, which makes no sense at all, but there you go.
    One good reason not to be under 25 eh?

    Go with admiral, as I know you want your son to drive another van, this might work cheaper as they do multy car deals

    I am with admiral...

    But am not gonna tell you how I got it cheap *cough* ;)

    if he insure himself the best price was £4600 to get the £1960 price he has to be a named driver on mine so i really need to look into this

    Would be surprised if you can get a decent quote on a 17 year old years ago in electrical and plumbing the apprentice would drive the gaffer everywhere not any more even the blue chip companies are putting the 21 year old limits on company drivers and they are paying upto a million a year in insurance you think they could throw the extra in for the young uns to drive but its just not what it used to be to get him on the road you got to pay it
