Best seal for Indian stone

What's the best sealer to use on Indian stone?

Have 110m2 to wash and seal?

Also with the suggested products how many coats?

Best price is Resiblock Trade - one coat - could do that size for £100

Best sealer Resiblock Indian Sandstone Sealer - one coat - £300

If using sandstone sealer - clear or enhancer - have a look on toolsandsealants cos they were doing the clear about £30 cheaper than Resiblock.

Enhancer was more but still cheaper than Resiblock
